How Shipping Works

Secure Your Order
Click ‘Create Your Order’ to enter your details and secure your project with a $20 deposit (applied as a credit to your balance). You’ll also instantly receive your Order Number.

Pack Your Box
Place all your mixed media in any box. Then, handwrite the Order Number you received from Step 1 on a piece of paper and drop it inside. No printer needed!

Ship to Us
Send your box to our digitization lab using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or whichever shipping carrier is most convenient for you.

Expert In-House Digitization
Your memories are preserved with the utmost care by our specialized technicians. We optimize every transfer using professional studio equipment—and you’re never charged for blank or unviewable media.

Receive Your Memories
Once complete, we email your payable invoice. After payment, get your files via cloud or USB. Choose a flat $20 return shipping for your originals, or have us safely dispose of them for free.
What to Include / Packing Tips
Mixed Media Welcome – Tapes, discs, cassettes, and slides can all go into the exact same box. No sorting or labeling required. Send everything you need digitized! (Visit our Services section or calculator below for specific conversion pricing on all media).
Pack with Care – Use any sturdy box in good condition. Add a bit of bubble wrap, newspaper, or padding so your memories don't shake around during transit. Don't have a box handy? You can request a free box shipped to you through USPS.
No Printer Needed– Just remember to drop your handwritten Order Number from Step 1 inside the box so our lab team can instantly identify your project!
Delivery & Return
Return Shipping Optional
If you choose to only get your files on the cloud and have no need for your physical tapes, we can safely dispose of them for free. If you'd like your original media returned back to you, it's just a flat fee of $20.
